Division Pre K - 4 Year Olds World Cup Division
The Pre Kindergarten / 4 Year Old Division is open to all 4 year olds. 3 year olds will also be considered, but the no refunds policy applies. The 4 year old teams are coed, and each team has approximately 6 players with 3 players per team on a field at a time. No goalies are used during the games. Parents serve as coaches, assistant coaches and referees. All games are played on Saturdays at West Rocks Middle School.
Division K & 1st - Kindergarteners and 1st Graders MLS Division
The 5 year old division is available to all 5 year olds living in Norwalk. All 5 year old teams are coed. Each team has approximately 6 players with 3 players on a field at a time. No goalies are used during the games. Parents serve as coaches, assistant coaches, and referees. All games are played on Saturday at West Rocks Middle School.
Division II & III - 2nd and 3rd Graders Italian League
This coed division is open for all 2nd and 3rd Graders. Each team has approximately 10 players with 6 players per team on the field at a time. No goalies are used during the games. Parents serve as coaches and assistant coaches. Referees that are USSF certified are used. All games are played on Saturday on the lower fields at West Rocks Middle School.
Division 4 & 5 - 4th and 5th Graders English Premier League
This division is divided into Boys or Girls. Each team has approximately 12 players with 8 players on the field at a time. Each team has a goalie during the games. Parents serve as coaches and assistant coaches. Referees that are USSF certified are used. All games are played on the upper fields on Saturdays at West Rocks Middle School.
Rec Plus 6th grade and up
These divisions will be divided into Boys/Girls and by grade, depending upon enrollment will play either on the fields at West Rocks or as local Rec Plus travel teams. High school players NOT playing high school soccer (it is against FCIAC rules) are also eligible.
*Exceptions as to age and division will be honored under special and extenuating circumstances, and with the approval of the NJSA president and recreational director.
