Norwalk Junior Soccer Association offers assistance to families who may be going through hardship or financial difficulties. Maximum assistance awarded is 50%. Please follow these steps to apply for financial aid:
- Gather your income tax returns and expenses (Form 1040 pages 1 and 2, and Schedule A). They must be submitted as proof of need.
On Mobile: Download the PlayMetrics App (if you haven’t done so already) and open the app on your phone.
On desktop: Open PlayMetrics on your computer.
Select the Player(s) that need aid and fill out the financial aid request form.
Once you have completed the form click the “Submit Request” button.
Upon submitting the financial aid request, you will see a pop-up message informing you that your request had been submitted.
You will receive a notification and email from the club once your application has been processed and next steps
If you have not heard back within 7 days of submitting your application, please email norwalkjuniorsoccer@gmail.com and someone from our Financial Assistance team will then reach out to you to complete the process.
