Path to the Pros

The Norwalk Junior Soccer program has developed boys and girls that have played at every level of Soccer. For players dreaming of playing professional soccer, our relationship with NYCFC provides the Norwalk soccer community with an unmatched path from recreational, town soccer to professional soccer, including a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to meet and play with a NYCFC Youth Soccer Scout. This could change your life!

  • Recreation Soccer: This is a great way to introduce your daughter or son to soccer. The focus is on having fun and learning the basics about the game.
  • Travel Soccer: Provides a more competitive, team-focused environment with matches against other teams in Fairfield County. The focus is on teamwork and skill development.
  • Premier Soccer: More competitive soccer with competitions across the Northeast and even the U.S. The focus becomes to be more about winning games.
  • Academy Programs: The highest level of youth soccer in the U.S.
  • Olympic Development Programs: Players are selected to participate in these programs and have the opportunity to be selected to the U.S. national team.
  • High School Soccer: Most of the Norwalk High and Brien McMahon High Varsity teams are made up of NJSA players and alumni. This is an excellent team-focused, competitive environment.
  • College Soccer: Many NJSA Players have gone on to play at D1, DII, and DIII programs.
  • Professional Soccer: Getting paid to play the beautiful game. One NJSA alumni is playing in the NYCFC pro soccer system right now!
