At Norwalk Junior Soccer Association (NJSA), our mission is to continue inspiring, developing, and empowering young athletes by fostering a love for soccer in a supportive, inclusive, and community-driven environment since 1975.
As a non-profit, volunteer-led organization, we are dedicated to providing high-quality coaching, skill development, and character-building experiences that help players grow both on and off the field. Through programs ranging from recreational leagues to competitive teams, we ensure that every child, regardless of skill level or background, has the opportunity to participate and thrive.
We proudly support TOPSoccer, offering adaptive soccer programs for athletes with disabilities, reinforcing our belief that everyone has a place in the NJSA family. We are also committed to making soccer accessible to all children, regardless of financial circumstances. Through scholarships and financial assistance programs, we strive to remove economic barriers and foster a truly inclusive environment.
Beyond player development, we invest in our youth by providing referee training, leadership opportunities, and pathways for growth both in soccer and in life. Our Saturday Recreation Program not only introduces young athletes to the game but also serves as a platform for aspiring referees and volunteer coaches to gain experience and give back to the sport.
As a community-driven organization, NJSA relies on the passion, dedication, and generosity of our volunteers, families, and local supporters. It is through this collective effort that we continue to create an environment where children can learn, lead, and love the game.
At NJSA, we don’t just play soccer—we build leaders, foster sportsmanship, and create a lasting impact within our community.
